About me

About me

I’m a Fitness & Mobility Coach and Registered Health & Exercise Practitioner (RHEP).

Movement has been part of my life from a young age. I started with martial arts in Ecuador, eventually representing my province and my country and becoming a Pan-American champion. Over the years, I trained with instructors in Ecuador, Chile, and China, where I spent three years developing my experience in Qigong, Kung Fu, and Sanda. I also coached students from beginners to competitive athletes and helped prepare athletes for provincial and national competitions in Ecuador.

When I moved to Canada, I studied Fitness and Health Promotion in Toronto to complement my experience as a martial arts instructor and coach. I graduated with Honours and later became a Registered Health & Exercise Practitioner (RHEP).

Today, I bring together fitness, strength training, mobility and recovery, assisted stretching, and martial arts in the way I work with people.
Everyone has different goals. Some people want to get stronger or improve their performance, while others simply want to move better, feel less stiff, or become more active. I like to understand where you are, what you want to achieve, and what realistically works for your lifestyle. Then we build from there.

For me, training should help you beyond the gym. It should help you move better, stay active, enjoy the things you love, and feel more confident in your body. That’s what I want people to get from working with me.
